By using this Site, you acknowledge and agree to these terms of use. Silver Ferns Equine Services reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms at regular intervals for any changes. Your continued use of the Site following any change to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

PAYMENT

In order to ensure our customers, the best possible prices, we are strictly prepaid only. Silver Ferns Equine Services does not offer credit terms or run accounts. Goods are only dispatched upon receipt of full payment.

We accept MasterCard and Visa, and have direct debit facilities available.  A 1.5% Credit Card Surcharge applies. 

While we aim to meet all customer orders, we reserve the right to refuse to process some credit card orders if we feel there is a high risk of credit card fraud. In these instances, you will be invited to complete your purchase using a bank cheque, direct deposit or money order.

Please note: We do not store or handle credit card data on our website. Card payment is securely handled by the Paypal processing system.

Delivery is as per the schedule outlined.

Any goods damaged by Silver Ferns Equine Serviceswill be replaced at no cost.

PRICING POLICY

Silver Fern Equine Services reserves the right to correct pricing errors, and prices are subject to change without notice. Should a pricing error or unforeseen price increase occur, you will be advised prior to any processing of payment or dispatch of goods.

REFUND POLICY

All items leave us in good condition. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. All items returned or exchanged must be in their original condition, unopened and not past their use by date. Unless you have received an item in error from us, you will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the item to us.

Any goods damaged by Silver Ferns Equine Serviceswill be replaced at no cost.

BACKORDERS & DISPATCH DELAYS

We endeavour to stay in stock of items listed on this site, however in the unusual case where we cannot supply the requested item, we will contact you to advise delayed delivery timing, alternative products, or the option to cancel.

CURRENCY

All transactions will be processed in Australian Dollars.
